Systematic

These pieces follow more of a systematic approach to the process of image making and furthermore image presenting.   The notion of representation of an idea comes into fruition.   Different versions of images are presented in sequences that are analogous to circuits and random number generators.   Variety in dimension is also of importance as different mediums offer alternative ways of re-representing images.

With relation to the Proportioned Grids, these pieces are a continuation of the dissected whole and the interplay of different variables.   Furthermore, as some are integrated into installation set-ups using a culmination of media, the sequences are re-configured within the process of presentation.

In all the word systematic is used to broadly describe the methodical process of articulating, through representation, where an artwork lies and how it exists.
