Research Residency in Art Writing

Supported by Edinburgh College of Art (ECA) and Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop (ESW), for the month of April 2015 I was based at ESW developing research in a writing practice.

The residency included teaching with ECA students; two afternoon workshops that focussed on writing, editing, voice and performance. I also organised an Open Reading, for writers to rehearse and gain feedback on current projects. Introduced by Maria Fusco the event took place on Saturday 23 May 2015 with artists Kirsty Hendry, Siân Robinson Davies, John Dummett, Anna Danielewicz, Joanna Peace and Kate Liston.
