About:MyWorkIsAbout
my work does this in this way

In utilising drawing, research and documentation as investigative processes, the conceptualisation of ideas and the making of images and objects tie together to question how something can be presented or represented. Whether it be site specific or entirely object based, the final result comes from working relationships between the page, the photograph and the space in which something is experienced and installed.

Largely process based the work is self-generative and its own content produces repercussions of events. Such events bring in a multitude of materials, whipping up all and everything from extension leads and electrical tape to graphite and square-shaped envelopes. A current concern is how these elements altogether present themselves in schemes of language and understanding: how can something be described and how can such descriptions negotiate themselves in terms of artistic representation.
